Preparazione

Fra pochi istanti Gesù sarà dentro di te. È questo il momento più bello e più grande della tua giornata.
Preparati molto bene. Presenta a Gesù un cuore ardente di amore e di desiderio. Sentiti indegno di tanta predilezione, e non accostarti a Lui con l’anima macchiata dal peccato mortale.
Cerca di fare la S. Comunione durante la S. Messa. Ma se non puoi, accostati ugualmente a ricevere la S. Comunione fuori della S. Messa: purché tu non rimanga senza Gesù ogni giorno.
Ricorda che la Comunione fervorosa: 1) conserva e aumenta in te la grazia; 2) ti rimette i peccati veniali; 3) ti preserva dai mortali; 4) ti dà consolazione e conforto, accrescendo la carità e la: speranza della vita eterna.

Ringraziamento

Ora che Gesù è dentro di te, sei diventato un tabernacolo vivente. Sta raccolto e adora il tuo Signore. Esprimigli tutta la gioia di possederlo. Apri a Lui il tuo cuore e parlagli con grande confidenza.

Preghiera - Davanti al tuo infinito amore, o Gesù, io mi sento profondamente commosso, e, pieno di riconoscenza, non so far altro che ripetere: grazie o Gesù. Ma che cosa ti renderò io, o Signore, in cambio del tuo dono?
Sento la tua dolcissima voce che mi ripete: "Figlio, dammi il tuo cuore". Si, o Signore, ti offro il mio cuore e l’anima mia; ti consacro tutta la mia vita, voglio essere tutto tuo per l’eternità.
A Gesù Crocifisso - Eccomi, o mio amato e buon Gesù, che alla tua santissima presenza prostrato, ti prego col fervore più vivo a stampare nel mio cuore sentimenti di fede, di speranza e di carità, di dolore dei miei peccati e di proponimento di non più offenderti; mentre io con tutto l’amore e con tutta la compassione vado considerando le tue cinque piaghe, cominciando da ciò che disse di te, o mio Gesù il santo Profeta Davide: "Hanno forato le mie mani e i miei piedi; hanno contato tutte le mie ossa".

Preghiera di S. Bonaventura - Trafiggi, o dolcissimo Gesù, la parte più intima dell’anima mia con la soavissima e salutifera ferita del tuo amore e con la verace, sincera, apostolica e santissima carità, affinché la mia anima languisca e si strugga per il tuo amore e desiderio verso di Te; Te solo brami e si consumi per il desiderio della tua casa, aspiri a liberarsi dai legami del corpo e a restare sempre con Te.
Concedimi che l’anima mia abbia fame di Te, pane degli Angeli, nutrimento delle anime sante, pane nostro quotidiano, che ci dà forza e contiene in sé ogni dolcezza, ogni delizia e ogni soave sapore. Il mio cuore brami solo di cibarsi di Te, in cui gli Angeli desiderano fissare lo sguardo e la mia anima sia ripiena della dolcezza del tuo sapore. My Lord Jesus Christ, with all my soul I believe that You are really present in the Sacrament of the Altar. I believe it because You have said it - You Whom I adore as Supreme Truth. Addressing You in the sacred Host, I declare with St. Peter: Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.

Adoration
I adore You and acknowledge You as my Creator, Lord, Redeemer, and my Supreme and only Good.

Hope
O Lord, I hope that as You have given Yourself wholly to me in this divine Sacrament, You will exercise Your mercy and grant me the graces I need in order to gain Paradise more easily.

Love
O Lord, I love You with all my heart above all things because You are my infinitely lovable God. Forgive me for having loved You so little up to now. I would like to love You with the ardor of the Seraphims and with the Heart of Mary Immaculate, Youn Mother and mine. For Your sake, O Jesus, I wish to love my neighbor as myself.

Humility
O Lord, I am not worthy to receive You, but only say the word, and my soul will be healed.

Sorrow
Before approaching You, O Jesus, I ask You once more for the pardon of my sins. You have loved me so much as to die for me, and I have been so evil, and have offended You countless times. Have mercy on me! Forgive me! By Your grace wipe away every smallest stain of sin. I wish to approach You with an angelic purity so that I can worthily receive Thee.

Desire
My God, come into my soul that You may make it holy. My God, come into my heart to purify it. My God, enter my body in order to keep it and so that I will never separate myself from Your love. Destroy everything You see in me that is unworthy of Your presence and can hinder Your grace and Your love. (Remember within a few minutes Jesus will be within you. This is the most beautiful and greatest moment of your day. Be well prepared. Present to Jesus a heart ardent in its love and desire for Him. Be fully aware that you are undeserving of such great favor, and do not go to Communion with your soul stained with mortal sin. Endeavor to let your Holy Communion be during Holy Mass. But if this is not possible, go ahead and receive Holy Communion outside Mass, so that you will not miss a day without receiving Jesus. Remember that a fervent Holy Communion 1) preserves and increases sanctifying grace in you, 2) takes away venial sins, 3) protects you from falling into mortal sin, 4) brings you consolation and comfort, with an increase of charity and hope of eternal life.)

Thanksgiving
(As Jesus is now with you, you have become a living tabernacle. Keep recollected and adore your Lord. Express to Him the fullness of your joy in possessing Him. Open your heart to Him and speak to Him with great confidence.)

Prayer
O Jesus, I find myself deeply moved in the presence of Your infinite love. How grateful I am to You! I do not know how to do anything else but repeat: Thank You, O Jesus! What shall I do for You, O Lord, in return for Your Gift? I hear Your sweet voice repeating to me: "My son, give Me thy heart" (Prov. 23:26). Yes, Lord, I offer You my heart and my soul. I consecrate to You my whole life. I want to belong entirely to You forever.

To Jesus Crucified
Behold, O good and most sweet Jesus, I cast myself upon my knees in Thy sight, and with the most fervent desire of my soul, I pray and beseech Thee that Thou wouldst impress upon my heart lively sentiments of Faith, Hope, and Charity, with true contrition for my sins and a firm purpose of amendment; while with deep affection and grief of soul I ponder within myself and mentally contemplate Thy five most precious wounds, having before my eyes that which David the Prophet spoke of Thee, my good Jesus: "They have pierced My hands and My feet, they have numbered all My bones." I pray that this Holy Communion be not to me a condemnation unto punishment, but a saving plea unto forgiveness. May It be unto me the armor of faith and the shield of good purpose. Señor Mío Jesucristo, creo con toda mi alma que estás realmente presente en el Sacramento del Altar. Lo creo porque Tú lo has dicho - Tú, a Quien adoro como la Verdad Suprema. Hablándote en la Sagrada Hostia, declaro con San Pedro: "Tú eres el Cristo, el Hijo de Dios Vivo."
Adoración
Yo Te adoro y reconozco como mi Creador, Señor, Redentor, y mi Bien supremo y único.
Esperanza
Oh, Señor, yo espero que como Tú Te has dado a mí en este Sacramento Divino, ejercitarás Tu misericordia y me concederás las gracias que necesito a fin de alcanzar más fácilmente el Paraíso.
Amor
Oh Señor, Te amo con todo mi corazón y sobre todas las cosas porque Tú eres mi Dios, digno de ser amado infinitamente. Perdóname por haberte amado tan poquito hasta ahora. Quisiera amarte con el ardor de los Serafines y con el corazón de María Inmaculada, Tu Madre y la mía. Por causa Tuya, Oh Jesús, deseo amar a mi prójimo como a mí mismo.
Humildad
Oh Señor, yo no soy digno de recibirte, mas dí tan solo una palabra, y mi alma quedara curada.
Dolor
Antes de acercarme a Tí, Oh Jesús, Te pido una vez más me perdones mis pecados. Tú me has amado tanto que hasta has muerto por mí, y yo he sido tan malvado y te he ofendido un sin fin de veces. ¡Ten piedad de mí! ¡Perdóname! Por Tu gracia, borra de mí toda mancha de pecado. Deseo acercarme a Tí con una pureza angelical para poder recibirte dignamente.
Deseo
Dios mío, ven a mi alma para que la puedas hacer san ta. Dios mío, ven a mi corazón a purificarlo. Dios mío, entra a mi cuerpo a conservarlo y para que yo nunca me separe de Tu amor. Destruye todo lo que veas en mí que no sea digno de Tu presencia y pueda obstruir Tu gracia y Tu amor.

(Ten en cuenta que dentro de unos pocos minutos Jesús estará en ti. Este es el momento más grande y hermoso de tu día. Preparate bien. Presenta a Jesús un corazón ardiente de amor y deseo por El. Esta completamente consciente que no mereces tan gran favor, y no vayas a Comunión con tu alma manchada de pecado mortal. Trata de recibir la Sagrada Comunión durante la Misa, pero si no es posible, recíbela fuera de Misa a fin de que no te pases un día sin recibir a Jesús. Recuerda que una Comunión ferviente 1) preserva y aumenta en tí la gracia santificante; 2) te borra los pecados veniales; 3) te proteje para que no caigas en pecado mortal; 4) te trae consuelo y ayuda, con un aumento de caridad y esperanza para la Vida Eterna.)

ACCION DE GRACIAS
(Como Jesús esta ahora en tí, te has convertido en un Tabernáculo viviente. Conserva el recogimiento y adora a Tu Señor. Exprésale toda tu alegría al poseerlo. Abrele tu corazón y háblale con mucha confianza.)
Oracion
Oh Jesús, me siento hondamente conmovido por la presencia de Tu Amor infinito. ¡Cuán agradecido Te estoy! No sé hacer otra cosa que repetirte: ¡Gracias, Oh Jesús! ¿Que haré por Tí, Oh Señor, para corresponder a Tu regalo? Escucho Tu dulce voz repitiéndome: "Hijo mío, dame tu corazón" (Pro. 23:26). Ô Jésus, je crois que tu es réellement présent dans le Saint Sacrement. Même si mes yeux et ma langue me disent que je n'ai reçu que du pain, ma foi me dit pourtant que j'ai reçu ton Corps et ton Sang. Je crois, Seigneur! Viens en aide à mon peu de foi! Je t'adore comme mon Dieu et mon Sauveur.
